Tamarack Resort, LLC offers property owners a property management program. For many owners that program may fit their needs just fine, while other owners, like ourselves, may want to consider an alternative. Idaho Resort Rentals was created as an alternative to the property management program offered by the resort.
Idaho Resort Rentals offers a distinctly different approach. We put the needs of the property owners first and tailor our management agreements around those needs. We do not require uniformity nor mandate the purchase of expensive household items that may not meet your needs. Idaho Resort Rentals will offer each property as a unique offering to our customers, not as a rental pool. The location of each home is identified so rental customers can select the location that best suits them and allows you to benefit from the unique location of your home. All of the amenities of your home will be identified so if your home has more to offer, you will be rewarded for the extra effort put forth in your home. Interior and exterior photos of each home will be on the web site for customer review. With our assistance, the property owner will determine rental pricing. While there may be variations among management agreements, our fee will never exceed 25% of gross rental income. Owners will be able to price their homes below the rates the Resort charges but will net more income per rented night.
Idaho Resort Rentals believes in the future success of the resort. In the early years we believe that a significant portion of visitors will come from the state of Idaho and stay for the weekend. Weekly resort destination type visits will build as the list of amenities grows over the years. Idaho Resort Rentals will focus its marketing efforts on the in-state visitors but also be able to tap into the wider market through effective Internet marketing. The Internet is a great equalizer in this respect. I ask you to try this test. Go to the search engine of your choice and enter whatever you think would be good search terms for wanting to stay in or near the Tamarack Resort. Be my guest for lunch at the resort if you do not see one of our ads on the first page. This web site will be greatly enhanced as we get closer to the ski season and in response to the Resort’s marketing efforts. The website will be changed on a regular basis to reflect the seasonal changes in activities. The resort touts their ability to offer packages of services. This may appear to be a significant advantage but the resort will not be giving away lift tickets and savvy guests will realize they can save money by staying with Idaho Resort Rentals for less and simply paying for access to those amenities they wish to use.
