At the end of the hall a 3rd BR features a pedestal bed with plenty of drawers and a full, private bath. The mud room is just off the garage and has storage for ski boots, wet clothes, and a full size washer and seperate dryer with space to sort things out on a large work counter with double sink. During the summer, it is a quick walk down a well maintained and groomed path to a private beach and dock area shared by the other 17 homes in the development.
