Will I have access to the Lodge Pool and Workout Room?
The Pool and Workout room at the Tamarack Osprey Meadows Lodge are currently open to guests staying in homes that are current on their TMA(homeowners) dues. While this includes most homes, we have no control over if the home is current at the time of your stay as we are not associated with the TMA. Please call to confirm the home you are staying in has these privileges. Access cards to these facilities are issued by the on-site security.
Where do I pick up the keys?
For Tamarack and Donnelly homes, the keys are picked up at our Donnelly office. Click here for a printable map to our office
What is Check-In and Check-Out Time?
Check-In is 4PM and Check-Out is 10AM. Early Check-In and/or Late Check-Out can be requested. Accommodation of your request cannot be guaranteed until the day before the Early Check-In or Late Check-Out when the use of the home just before (or after) your stay is known. Requests for late check out made the morning of departure WILL NOT be granted as cleaning staff are already in route to clean your home.
How do you apply weekly rates?
A weekly rate can be applied to seven sequential days of your stay. If those seven days span days with different weekly rates, the higher rate is applied. However, if the sum of the daily rates for a given seven day span are less you are charged the lesser amount. If your stay is a number of weeks and some days, you are charged the lesser total of either putting the individual days at the end or the beginning of your stay.
What are your policies regarding deposits, payments, refunds and cancellations?
A 50% deposit is required to confirm a reservation at the time of booking.
Full payment is required 30 days prior to arrival.
Reservations made within 30 days prior to arrival will be charged the full amount due.
Reservations cancelled more than 30 days prior to arrival are subject to a $75 cancellation fee.
Reservations cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival will forfeit all payments.
No refunds will be given for early departures.
Any information provided to Idaho Resort Rentals will be used solely for the purpose of providing accommodations and delivering information related to the use of those accommodations and the resort.
Idaho Resort Rentals will not sell, rent, barter or otherwise provide customer information to any outside party except law enforcement, to comply with a court order, emergency personal or our credit card processor.
A secure server is used to process all transactions. Forms used to process bookings are on servers provided by Yahoo!, a leader in web store hosting. Verisign, a leader in security, processes all of our credit card transactions.
Do you allow pets?
No, pets in the homes are strictly forbidden unless permission is specifically stated in the description of the home. Any guest that allows pet in the home without specific permission will be charged a minimum of $200 for extra cleaning and we be removed from the home with no refund.
Do you allow smoking?
No, smoking in the homes is strictly forbidden. Any guest that smokes or allows others to smoke in the home will be charged a minimum of $200 for extra cleaning and we be removed from the home with no refund.
